Located on the Blue River amidst panoramic ski views, the Fairmont Residences on the River is another high profile McKeever Companies project. Construction on the first four of 30 lots is under way. In addition to luxury residences, a 110,000 square foot lodge will be constructed along the river. Homes will feature such amenities as Viking appliances, flagstone patios, alder cabinetry, steam showers and wine grottos. Fairmont Hotels and Resorts will manage this luxury resort.
