Purchased as an under performing facility and refurbished. Within four months, occupancy was raised from 67% to 96% and an adjacent acre was bought for expansion. Shortly after the expansion was completed, the facility was sold. McKeever Companies wholly owned and managed all phases of refurbishment, design and construction.
